To provide mediation, peace/conflict resolution training, and library services to individuals, organizations and communities. We aim to resolve disputes, promote human undestanding, tolerance and peaceful co-existnce among people, organizations and communities.

Rationale

The rationale behind the establishment of OliveBranch Konsult is to give individuals, organizations and communities opportunity to resolve conflicts amicably, early, quickly, jointly, cheaply amd most importantly to have a good relationship after the resolution of the conficts.

Manpower

Regardless of the client's circumstances, OliveBranch Konsult is able to provide the most qualified personnel for the task on hand. In addition to the Director, Programs Manager and support staff, we also have a pool of consultants and associates on hand, who are seasoned trainers/consultants in conflict resolution and organization leadership
