Why Mediate Conflicts?

The inevitability of conflicts (due to scarce resources and differences in human nature and ambition), makes it necessary, if not compulsory, for there to be professional conflict mediation.

The negative effects of litigation or violent confrontation on the relationship of disputants at the "end" of conflicts underscores the severe limiation of the court process.

Therefore, the aim of mediation is to resolve conflicts and still have a healthy relationship, which existed before the dispute.
